These terms explain the basic conditions for using Natural and its educational wellness content.

What Natural provides
Natural provides Routines, Recipes, Remedy Guides, saved content, progress tracking, and related educational wellness features.
Educational wellness content only
Natural content is for general educational wellness purposes. It is not personalized medical advice and should not replace guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.
No medical claims
Natural does not present its content as medical care, clinical guidance, or a replacement for professional advice.
User responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether a routine, ingredient, or recipe is suitable for you. Use ordinary food portions and seek professional advice when needed.
Food, ingredient, allergy, and medication cautions
Check allergies, sensitivities, medication interactions, pregnancy or breastfeeding suitability, and medically directed diets before using ingredients, recipes, or routines.
Subscriptions, trials, payments, and cancellation
Paid access, trials, checkout, and subscription status are managed through the app and Stripe checkout flow. Cancellation options depend on the plan and checkout route shown at the time you subscribe.
Account access
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for contacting support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use Natural content in a way that could mislead others.
Content changes
Natural may update, improve, remove, or reorganize content and features over time to keep the app useful and accurate.
Availability
Natural aims to provide a reliable service, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.
